These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TaxSnapAI, a premium automated financial analysis platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI), provided by Fidanet Solution Oy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

TaxSnapAI is a cloud-native SaaS platform offering:

AI-Powered Extraction: Automated analysis of receipts, invoices, and financial documents.
Financial Intelligence: Dashboards, VAT tracking, and multi-currency reporting.
Enterprise Solutions: Secure document storage and team collaboration tools.

The service is designed for modern enterprises, freelancers, and accounting professionals who require high-accuracy automation of financial workflows.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

Users must be legal entities or individuals at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
Fidanet Solution Oy reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that pose a security risk or violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled via the dashboard.
Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be applied based on your jurisdiction (e.g., Finnish VAT for local customers).
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day evaluation period. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@taxsnapai.com. We reserve the right to deduct actual AI processing costs (token usage) from any refund amount.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload fraudulent, illegal, or malicious content.
Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or scrape data from the platform.
Resell or redistribute TaxSnapAI services to third parties without a dedicated partner agreement.

5. AI and Data Processing

TaxSnapAI utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic to process your data.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and EU GDPR regulations.
Documents are processed temporarily for extraction and stored securely based on your subscription settings.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of all data you upload and the resulting analysis. TaxSnapAI claims no ownership over your business records. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services you have requested.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TaxSnapAI is provided "as is". While we strive for 99%+ accuracy, AI outputs can contain errors.
Notice: TaxSnapAI is a productivity tool, not a certified accounting or tax advisory service. Always verify AI outputs before filing official tax returns.
Fidanet Solution Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of TaxSnapAI shall be settled exclusively in theDistrict Court of Länsi-Uusimaa (Espoo).
